Lack of self-control of the racing thoughts makes one react impulsively and adds to stress, aggression & pain. Patience with self, people & situations, trusting everything, rather than impatience expecting instant gratification, brings peace, confidence, compassion, acceptance, respect & dignity to our handling of life in the middle of challenges. Impatience makes one exhibit different levels of irritation, anger, anxiety, fear, doubt or judgment thereby looses the power to tolerate, adjust or accept. The mind tries to control things which it cannot and becomes restless. The turbulence in mind affects mental health.

One cannot fathom what can exactly inspire, an idea gets stuck and one pursues & chases the same despite the impediments. Survival is easier said than done but life does not end in the face of challenges for a determined, thoughtful and hard working person. Reality is intriguing. Take a stand for what you believe in and quietly go with flow of your life in an unbiased and reasonable manner.
