Trying to be perfect in existence "an impermanent state" deeply hurts and becomes a reason for misery. Gratitude for willingness to strive to be best against constraints taken less seriously is the reason for bliss and joy. Extremely delightful act  without any expectations, leaving its outcome to the divine, bestows immense happiness.
