Wisest Thing

"The wisest thing in the world is to cry out before you are hurt. It is no good to cry out after you are hurt ; especially after you are mortally hurt." ---GK Chesterton's wise take on eternal vigilance.

Reach a psychologist for resolution of your mental distress before it is too late.

Being judgemental

Repeated similar life experiences drive a person towards a query “Why did it happen to me?” The answer to this query is never found and it makes a person judgmental in nature. This precipitation of behavioral pattern leads a person to a secluded life which is against the established saying “Human being is a social animal.” The isolation is very painful for oneself and makes him lose interest in life. This person is in urgent need of counseling.

Focus

Focus means concentrate on what you intend without wasting time on things other than that. One should never be deterred by what peers & society will think/say when constrained to seek professional help to tide over your mental and emotional distress. It is said that while milking a cow one must concentrate on just that and not on the dung. Go for counseling session.
