Happiness, a state of mind - calm, peaceful & quiet, lies in
the greater joys of life found in one’s creativity, beauty of nature,
strengths, simple living & affirmation to be happy. The constant comparisons,
running after materialistic things, the weaknesses, failures, guilt etc, leads
to unhappy state of mind. The narrow confines of boundaries & limitations
assigned to the concept of happiness while busy fighting the challenges of
daily life disturbs one’s state of mind. Only patience & resilience helps
in evolving one’s best self.
