Mental health challenges (emotional & psychological) makes one struggle while dealing with them. Staying away from family and friends makes one loose connect & with time nothing remains common. Stress due to our uncontrolled thoughts & actions when lonely or suffering in silence results in anxiety or depression. Talking about personal issues, in face-to-face interaction with support group, always provides courage to deal with pressing matters.
