Frustration is a sign of failure & every time that you fail in getting what you want from the other, your self-esteem & self-confidence are reduced. Feeling ignored, disrespected yet unwilling to express true feelings & withholding emotions rather than express them, creates a breakdown in communication and understanding thus generating distance & alienating people you love.  Most times situations will not be as you want them to be & neither will people behave as you want them to, this often brings one frustration after the other, especially when you do not get the results that you want.  Frustration is also a form of anger, a negative emotion that makes one lose control over one’s response.

Remember there are two things in life that we can never change:

• the past &

• other people

Accept and appreciate that you have done your best. Develop an understanding of what has happened & derive what lessons you can learn from the experience. Do not grieve, relive old memories to the point of frustration, or remain forever connected to people from your past. Begin new phase in life, let go of feelings of anger or uncertainty and appreciate the significance of event in order to lay to rest issues & feelings that may be weighing you down.

Unhappy childhood wherein people were extremely critical, poor academic performance in school and ongoing stressful life events result in lack of confidence & low self-esteem. Self-doubt is a voice that’s inside your head and occurs when you lack confidence or feel incapable of doing things you need to do and stops you from realizing full potential. Self-doubt brings mistrust and person fears sharing his/her feeling or thoughts. It makes you compare self to others and hold back feeling people will judge all your decisions & actions leading to lowering of self-esteem or self-worth resulting in emotional suffering. Believe in your potential, do not set upon self limitations and take decisions when you are calm & collected in the present moment. Ensure that you aren’t reacting to feelings & emotions from your past experiences. Don’t let these feelings stop you from trying new things or taking on challenges.

Excessive self-criticism leads one to focus on one’s so-called failures resulting in higher stress levels leading to anxiety & depression. Nothing happens without a purpose. There is no right or wrong decision. One must take ownership & responsibility for own behavior, action and deeds. The past cannot be changed. One can't swallow the words that one said, since one already said them. One can't repeat the scene from past in a different way because it has already happened & stayed recorded on the film of this world drama. Therefore, don't repeat the words or the scene in mind over & over again; doing that, one keeps alive something that is dead, since past already stayed behind. Remove all types of fears within & feel safe. Fears inhibit one’s imagination that is too creative and expensive to waste. All decisions contribute to development & are an integral part of one’s evolving existence. Learn from mistakes, focus & commit self to small ways that help you improve, use your full potential & evolve in your life Journey. See problems and challenges as opportunities to grow. Try not to see them as failures and circumstances that are holding you back, but rather as opportunities to become a better version of self. Happiness is full enjoyment of each moment with a smiling face. One must live life as joyful experience by 'doing' instead of merely 'complaining’.

Therefore surround yourself with people who add value, bring out the best in you and celebrate your success.  It is normal to disagree over some issue but important to handle disagreements in a way you do not alienate the trust worthy. Healthy criticism and honest appreciation must be welcome but be aware of the extremities of either or both of these factors.

Rather than carrying Guilt & repentance due to mistakes committed one must forgive & be comfortable with self. Spend quality time while having face-to-face conversation with support group or a professional for self-discovery. Accept and love self. Stay put, instead of a reaction choose a response and go with the flow of life.
