Unhappy childhood wherein people were extremely
critical, poor academic performance in school and ongoing stressful life events
result in lack of confidence & low self-esteem. Self-doubt is a voice
that’s inside your head and occurs when
you lack confidence or feel incapable of doing things you need to do and
stops you from realizing full potential. Self-doubt brings mistrust and person
fears sharing his/her feeling or thoughts. It makes you compare self to others
and hold back feeling people will judge all your decisions & actions
leading to lowering of self-esteem or self-worth resulting in emotional
suffering. Believe
in your potential, do not set upon self limitations and take
decisions when you are calm & collected in the present moment. Ensure that
you aren’t reacting to feelings & emotions from your past experiences.
Don’t let these feelings stop you from trying new things or taking on
challenges.
