Awareness
is important. It is imperative to know distrust develops a deep sense of
insecurity. It is prudent to recognize one’s strengths and weaknesses in order
to channelize energy in right direction. Adverse past experiences make one’s
subconscious mind carry limiting beliefs & negative emotions. Reflect, introspect
and identify how current situation makes you feel to enable you change the way
you think, behave and respond. Prioritizing one’s positive aspects of life
helps to release the fears, pain, concerns and change one’s perception towards
life. Rather than carrying Guilt & repentance due to mistakes committed one
must forgive & be comfortable with self. Spend quality time while having
face-to-face conversation with support group or a professional for
self-discovery. Accept and love self. Stay put, instead of a reaction choose a
response and go with the flow of life.
