Psychological
well being is greatly influenced by one’s thought process. Compassion,
acceptance, indulgence in activities that stimulates & inspires the mind,
adequate sleep, enough exercise, healthy eating habits etc are essential to
keep mind and body completely in sync. Insecurities
are very human thing but embracing these insecurities & living up to the
expectations and mutual respect is the key to a successful relationship. Do not
suppress but express inherent desires, view & assess the need to create
optimal social life, keep a positive perspective, indulge together in
activities of common interest as frequently as viable, learn to handle anger,
anxiety, guilt etc to cultivate and develop close relationship.
