Getting defensive is natural but self-awareness brings in real change in one’s stubbornness to prefer a perspective to grab opportunities for growth. Face challenge of defiance with persistent energy and an attitude, embodiment of incredible sensibilities, to meet evolving needs of the present moment. Individual's perspective developed while growing up cements belief about the right way to live life and struggle silently in compliance to this belief. Excessive struggle to live with that belief compels to start thinking that something is inherently wrong with self and leads to anxiety & depression. Despite achieving envisaged success & security, still feels worthless thinking lacks in values to indulge in self envision. Acceptance of the way of doing things nips in bud the feelings of failure and unworthiness, encouraging individuals to gain more confidence in self skills and abilities to find solutions.

One’s adamancy in acceptance of own limitations in physical, financial or emotional state debars surrender to vulnerability and leads to feeling of uselessness & helplessness. Let go of ego in case circumstances demand,  human beings discover the value of humility and gratitude from the experience of permitting others to help. Realisation of universal reality that none can sustain joyful existence on its own in the world facilitates the emergence of deep feelings of gratitude. Human beings full of gratitude are happy and more compassionate. Self-motivated individual's patience, discipline and commitment with a mind-set of growth is key to excellent control over life.

Life is inherently unpredictable, reality intrudes one’s daily routine affecting optimism in preservation of love, inner peace and joy. Mindfulness inevitably aids mind & body to sustain a constant flow of thoughts pertaining to highs & lows involved in human existence. Fear erodes confidence, ignites doubts and cripples one’s hope & ability to be reasonable. Betrayal and abandonment of a vulnerable person to fend against unbearable sufferings all by self, leaves a profound sense of mistrust and helplessness in confrontation of fear & breeds anger and guilt. Think, realise & appreciate one's reaction in affirmation of dignity and then respond, experiencing random decisions shapes & affects navigational potential to deal with fault lines of emotional conditioning.

Individuals endowed with pure love, compassion, kindness and genuineness deep within build a future fighting against odds together keeping faith in each other and prosper. Psychological consequence of lack of clarity in cohesive and coordinated initiative, guided by humanistic principles of basic neutrality & impartiality, to convey message inflicts fear of control leading to inadequate credible deterrence & restraint in irresponsible criticism resulting in inevitable conflicts because of vulnerable behaviour. Individuals feeling unsatisfied, misused, disrespected, hurt, not happy & at peace, drifts away when forced to be at war with their own thoughts, heart wants something but mind says something different.

Ignore unrealistic expectations and focus on being patient, consistent and more confident. Avoid comparisons, everyone’s journey in turning vision into reality is different. Human mind held hostage to something playing at the back of mind all the time requires relaxation for adaptability to the present. The thoughts get too personalised, the individual starts finding fault in self for all incidents that happened around in one’s life. Individual's internalised conviction of being worthless and guilt of lacking smartness in making adequate efforts does endanger self-identity. Person needs to understand that every human being faces failures and meets disappointments in the struggle of life. Never keep focus on trying to control situations beyond capability and the outcomes, instead spend time talking frequently to explain the situation & how you intend to tackle those who really matter & make you feel happy. Believe it shall pass, introspect, appreciate self for the efforts made, be grateful for what you have rather than negative self-talk, inculcate emotional resilience and be patient for change.

Facing difficult & challenging times in life is inevitable but is temporary, this is the very essence of a child's joyous and happy childhood. Being ambitious, competitive and achievement oriented is normal but tomorrow is unpredictable and uncertain. Appreciate the present, fully engage with it and treasure the precious experiences to become fully aware of the adverse impact of intense pain & insecurity associated with the sense of loss of fragile graceful existence. Never ever nurture inflated ego; live this very moment with love & humility, creatively & happily; there is no tomorrow for happiness.

Always take a second opinion, experiencing constant negativity nagging leads to a stressful mind and overthinking resulting in a period of seclusion and feeling lonely. Pure love means inclusiveness of the other person to bring joy to both. Love is source of great happiness in taking good care and giving breathing space without any fear of loss. Sharing deepest thoughts and feelings in life permits access to one’s emotions and reciprocation builds meaningful connection in relationships. Love with time gets mixed with attachment in one’s journey of life and results in behavioural change leading to opt for exclusive or self-centered approach in social dealings. Thought–"I love them but they hurt me" unsettles emotional balance,  upsets and creates deep wounds. Love can not hurt but emotional attachment hurts. Awareness to understand love, care and closeness without attachment needs examination of close relationships.
