Life lived in fear, with pent up anger, aggression & stress rather than calmness & tranquility deserves reflection & redefining to make it meaningful. Expression without fear and head held high embodies harsh reality of taking disregard for sensitivities on differences in stride to overcome silence and discourage inevitable decline in freedom to cautiously dissent & voice burden of expectations. Happy childhood is  embracing and living in the present moment without  thinking much about the past or future. Facing difficult & challenging times in life is inevitable but is temporary, this is the very essence of a child's joyous and happy childhood. Being ambitious, competitive and achievement oriented is normal but tomorrow is unpredictable and uncertain. Appreciate the present, fully engage with it and treasure the precious experiences to become fully aware of the adverse impact of intense pain & insecurity associated with the sense of loss of fragile graceful existence.
