Ignore unrealistic expectations and focus on being patient, consistent and more confident. Avoid comparisons, everyone’s journey in turning vision into reality is different. Human mind held hostage to something playing at the back of mind all the time requires relaxation for adaptability to the present. The thoughts get too personalised, the individual starts finding fault in self for all incidents that happened around in one’s life. Individual's internalised conviction of being worthless and guilt of lacking smartness in making adequate efforts does endanger self-identity. Person needs to understand that every human being faces failures and meets disappointments in the struggle of life. Never keep focus on trying to control situations beyond capability and the outcomes, instead spend time talking frequently to explain the situation & how you intend to tackle those who really matter & make you feel happy. Believe it shall pass, introspect, appreciate self for the efforts made, be grateful for what you have rather than negative self-talk, inculcate emotional resilience and be patient for change.
