Pretending everything is fine in personal life stops one from admitting
and seeking help to maintain one’s mental health. The prejudices prevailing
around builds up a perception that directs one’s actions/interactions. Always
maintaining a smile on face to conceal unhappiness is very taxing. The persistent need to fake
or suppress feelings at times forces one to become an addict e.g, alcoholic, smoker;
drugs etc. to hold back his/her negative emotions. Aim to remain self motivated, stress free, flexible; accept a situation and
control your emotional outbursts to while responding to the adverse conditions. Do not hold back your emotions
that define you; always give expression for your own happiness.
