Engulfed in repetitive thought "why" while experiencing hot and cold behaviour one suffers from a sense of distress. Having a person's attention now and disdain the next moment drives one crazy and destroys peace of mind. Maintain self-esteem and self-confidence, do not hesitate to have face to face conversation with individuals instead of assumptions and jumping to conclusions. Focus on creative pursuits rather than investing too much time and energy in seeking validation to overcome adverse effects on mental peace. Life is inherently unpredictable, reality intrudes one’s daily routine affecting optimism in preservation of love, inner peace and joy. Mindfulness inevitably aids mind & body to sustain a constant flow of thoughts pertaining to highs & lows involved in human existence. Fear erodes confidence, ignites doubts and cripples one’s hope & ability to be reasonable. Betrayal and abandonment of a vulnerable person to fend against unbearable sufferings all by self, leaves a profound sense of mistrust and helplessness in confrontation of fear & breeds anger and guilt. Think, realise & appreciate one's reaction in affirmation of dignity and then respond, experiencing random decisions shapes & affects navigational potential to deal with fault lines of emotional conditioning.
