Most of the human beings live in constant mental overdrive – always thinking, analysing, organising, evaluating and planning in an authentic way through life yearning for happiness, love and freedom. Personalities seeking happiness in material pursuits avoid the mindset to experience authentic self-esteem and happiness in the journey of self-discovery. Feelings, not thinking;  Gratitude, not desire; Trust, not trying to control every aspect; Intuition, not analysis; leads to understanding impermanence of reality. Mindfulness helps to acknowledge true love and true happiness is not a result of external events or how we think about things. Awareness about lacking conviction to surrender to nature facilitates to overcome fear of letting go of judgements and conclusions about others. Learn to lead life blissfully, deflate the ego and do not belittle others. A humble & loving person's imagination to guide egoistic feelings to break free from the repression in life results in re-balance & re-focus of energy  on evaluation of faculties of the mind to re-connect despite living life trapped within the mind, disconnected from authentic self.
