The failure
of one’s best intentions to better life must not deter him/her from sticking to
the chosen path for real life changes. Promise yourself little at a time;
narrow down on specifics of the desired change, work on things under your
control, keep constant watch on progress & reward yourself at every goal
achieved, remain motivated, be truthful, admit shortcomings in your efforts and
seek help of support group/professional to remain on track for positive change.
